1. Services
Curry Kitchen operates as a licensed MEHKO (Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation), offering freshly prepared vegetarian meals for delivery within San Marcos, CA, and nearby areas.
2. Orders & Delivery
All orders are freshly prepared daily between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and delivered between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM by our delivery staff. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or traffic conditions. We strive to deliver your meals promptly and in the best condition possible.
3. Trial & Refund Policy
Customers may try our one-week trial plan. If you are unsatisfied after the first day of delivery, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@currykitcheninc.com. Refunds are not available after the second day of the trial or for monthly meal plans unless otherwise stated.
4. Subscription Plans
Our meal plans renew on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your selection at checkout. Customers may cancel upcoming renewals by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
5. Food Handling & Allergies
We maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards; however, we cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order.
6. Limitation of Liability
Curry Kitchen shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, meal services, or delivery operations. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Modifications
Curry Kitchen reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
